As of September 2026, 17 cities and 8,235 smart supervision terminals have been fully deployed. On-site metering and data collection at fuel dispensers is now captured as a real-time traceable record, supporting regulatory verification of anomalous transactions.
Delivery timeline
- From April 2025: the first batch of 4,842 terminals left the factory;
- From June 2025: the first cities began scaled deployment and went live;
- From February 2026: a second batch of 3,393 terminals left the factory;
- From April 2026: the second group of cities was deployed in sequence;
- September 2026: all 17 cities completed deployment.
What changed on site
After deployment, on-site metering and data collection no longer depends on manual ledgers. Captured data is transmitted nearby, and an anomalous transaction can be traced back to a specific station and time, giving the regulator a traceable field record for verification.
How the delivery was structured
The program uses all-constellation RTK field collection terminals and customizable PCBA modules to fit distributed stations and unstable field networks. Terminals store records locally first and resume synchronization once the network recovers, reducing repeat inspections.
