Frequency bands
Select constellation and frequency combinations for the target region and environment, then validate RF path and power together.
A controlled path from frequency, interface, mechanical form and firmware to certification and volume production.
Break requirements into five reviewable layers that can be sampled and validated separately.
The difference between ODM and OEM is not whether a product can be changed, but who owns the design and the brand. In an OEM engagement, the customer defines the product specification and brand, and YUEETEK builds the PCBA or complete device to the confirmed band, interface, mechanical and firmware requirements. In an ODM engagement, YUEETEK provides a mature RTK module, antenna or handheld platform, and the customer customises enclosure, software, branding and regional certification on top of it. Choose OEM when the enclosure and mainboard are already fixed; choose ODM when the priority is to shorten development time by reusing a proven platform.
Three customisable product lines: for integration into your own terminal, start from the customizable RTK module PCBA MG20 series and confirm bands, interfaces, board shape and firmware; for reliable satellite reception, compare the high-precision antenna systems SK6640 and SK6608 and confirm connector, cable and mounting; for a complete device, customise software, branding, packaging and accessories on the handheld GNSS RTK receiver H13 or H11 platform. The Product Selection Guide explains how the three lines compare.
Five stages from requirement to volume: (1) requirement definition — application, target market, accuracy and bands, interfaces and power, mechanical and certification requirements; (2) proposal and quotation — platform recommendation, customisation boundary, BOM and schedule; (3) prototype and validation — samples, RF, interface, environmental and system-level testing; (4) pilot build — process, test specification and consistency validation; (5) volume delivery and after-sales — delivery to the agreed test standard with change and traceability records. Lead time and MOQ are confirmed per project configuration.
What to prepare before a quote: target markets and certification list; required GNSS bands and positioning accuracy; mainboard interfaces, power, mounting dimensions and thermal conditions; firmware protocol, output rate and update method; first order quantity, annual volume and requested delivery; branding, packaging and manual requirements. Complete inputs shorten the path to an executable proposal. To evaluate a project, submit an ODM/OEM requirement.
Can you supply PCBA only, without changing the enclosure? Yes. The board shape, connectors, IO and mounting holes can be defined around the customer's existing enclosure and mainboard, with PCBA and test specification as the deliverable.
Who is responsible for certification? It depends on the target market and final product form. YUEETEK can prepare the documentation and test support needed for RF, EMC and reliability testing; the final certification and local market access are confirmed by both parties in the project contract.
Which parameters must be frozen before prototyping? At minimum, confirm bands, interfaces, power, mechanical dimensions, firmware protocol and acceptance criteria. Enclosure, packaging and certification can continue to converge during the pilot stage.
How are MOQ and lead time set? They are assessed separately for prototype, pilot build and volume production, then confirmed item by item in the proposal. Fixed numbers are not used as a substitute for project evaluation.
