What does the smart fuel-station supervision solution include?
The solution is organized in three layers. The sensing layer connects dispensers, tank gauges, video and license-plate recognition equipment and performs local data collection. The transmission layer uploads site data over wired or wireless networks with resume-after-disconnect and data re-send. The platform layer aggregates data, displays metrics and raises anomaly alerts.

How do I troubleshoot a slow or drifting RTK fix?
Check three things in order: whether the correction data stream is continuous and available, the satellite visibility and sky obstruction at the point, and the drift track reproduced from the log. See our technical notes on slow or drifting fixed solutions and on repeated fix jumps for the full checklist.

What should I prepare before the first use of a handheld RTK?
Prepare in four steps: confirm the device and firmware version, confirm the correction source and communication method are available, initialise at an open point and confirm a fixed solution, and record the points and data format for later import and reproduction. Manuals and firmware are available in the Download Center, and technical support can help with specific issues.

How does RTK GNSS work?
An RTK GNSS receiver calculates its position from satellite signals, then applies real-time correction data from a nearby base station or network service. When that correction stream is continuous and the satellite geometry is suitable, the receiver can resolve carrier-phase ambiguities and report an RTK fixed solution. If the correction link is unavailable, RTK accuracy and convergence can degrade.

What is the difference between GNSS and RTK?
GNSS is the satellite navigation system category, covering constellations such as GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo. RTK is a real-time correction technique used to improve GNSS positioning to a centimetre-level fixed solution. In practice, an RTK receiver is a GNSS receiver that also uses correction data; RTK is not a separate satellite system.
